Police in Richmond have released a composite sketch of a teen they want to question in relation to the shooting death of a Valley college student.

The teen goes by the name Pete. He stands around 5'3" and may be between 13 and 15 years of age.

Police already arrested 17-year-old Howard Reed Scott III of Richmond.

They believe Scott and Pete are responsible for shooting 19-year-old Tyler Binsted of Mount Jackson in the back, after robbing him and a friend.
