The Albemarle County Commonwealth's Attorney has filed five new charges against both suspects in last Thursday's Interstate 64 shootings.

Both 19-year-old Slade Woodson and a 16-year-old juvenile are now facing additional charges of shooting into an occupied dwelling in Albemarle County and three charges of discharging a firearm from a car.

Woodson appeared via video in an Albemarle County court Tuesday morning.

On Monday, he was ordered held without bond in a Waynesboro court and he is being held at Middle River Regional Jail.

The 16 year old is also being held without bond at the Blue Ridge Detention Center in Albemarle County.
