Apparently RBloom doesn't believe in "innocent until proven guilty". I'll bet if he/she was before a judge for a traffic infraction that resulted in an accident and was not at fault, RBloom would hope that "An idiot was on the bench". I am amazed at how some people can be so judgmental when they haven't a clue as to the circumstances or facts surrounding an issue. I hope that RBloom is never judging me or seated on a jury!
What idiot was on the bench handing down that verdict? This reeks of a slap on the wrist so that this guy can keep his job. Should've seen it coming when there were stories floating around about how his one mistake shouldn't erase 15 years of safe driving. Well, it appears he won't even have to atone for his one, very serious, very obviously guilty mistakes, or to the families of children he injured. I hope one or some of the families have the courage to file a civil suit against him.
