The 70-year-old bus driver charged in a bus crash that sent dozens of students to the hospital is now on administrative leave without pay.

Harold Long is still not back behind the wheel of a bus, but he is still employed with the company.

On Wednesday, Long was found not guilty of failing to obey a traffic sign.

The accident in early March sent several people to the hospital with minor injuries.
