A local man is facing federal charges related to a bank robbery in West Virginia.
Forty-two-year-old Rubin Slade Jr. was named in an indictment Tuesday. He's listed as having two addresses, one in New Market and another in Quicksburg.
The charges are in connection with the armed robbery of a bank in Elkins, West Virginia on Dec. 5. If convicted, Slade faces up to 32 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
Slade's wife, 28-year-old Hilda Slade, also faces charges in connection with the robbery.
