No More College Cuts

They've been cut already, and Gov. Warner says state colleges "will not" see more cuts in his proposed budget.

Many schools have already increased tuition because of earlier cuts by Warner and the General Assembly.

Others have laid off faculty and reduced class size. Friday, Warner will give lawmakers his plan for balancing the two-year budget.

He still faces a gap of at least $1 billion.
