A concert is being held Friday night to benefit the family of slain Virginia Commonwealth University student Tyler Binstead.

Nineteen-year-old Binsted of Mount Jackson was shot and killed late last month as he and a friend walked away after being robbed.

Police have arrested 17-year-old Howard Reed Scott III of Richmond in relation to this case.

However, they are still seeking another suspect who may be between 13 to 15 years old and who goes by the name Pete.

Several of Binsted's family members attended a vigil at VCU just days after he died.
