Representatives of the company, Shenandoah Auto Salvage, say the robbery occurred overnight sometime between the hours of 10:30 p.m. Thursday and 3 a.m. Friday. A worker reported the crime in to the sheriff's office at around 9 a.m.
Among the items stolen were up to 50 catalytic converters that were going to be picked up Friday morning for remanufacturing. Each one is worth between $20 and $400.
