Reinstate Nardi and restore Fitzwater to their previous positions and ranks. This is where Mrs. Neal has continued her arrogance and misjudgement: she made mistakes and tried to punish members in her office. Congratulations to the people that made her suspension possible! She does not deserve to have such a position of power or such a large salary.
Congratulations are due to the following: Dave Brigmann for his petition efforts. Carolyn Frank for her petition efforts. Marsha Garst for the people. Judge Lane for the right decision. Employees of Neal's office for continuing to do their job properly under extremely negative conditions. Reinstate Nardi and restore Fitzwater to their previous positions and ranks.
Hooray! Harrisonburg owes a debt of gratitude to Mr. Briggman, Carolyn Frank, Ms. Fitzwater and everyone who stepped forward to do the right thing!! We can be very proud.
this is when the legal system work,s the way it should and ms neal now has to answer for her wrong doing,s
Let us all not to forget David Briggman, who both researched the law and wrote the petition without much to go on but raw Virginia statutes. I know Mr. Briggman has been subjected to a lot of pressure from Neal supporters who have attempted to humilate both him and his wife through the most unscrupulous means.
Great job Judge Lane! This needed to happen and Neal has only herself to blame.
Thank you Judge Lane! Let's re-hire Ms. Nardi and bring the Treasurer's Office back to normalcy without chaos and mistrust.
Congratulations to the CITIZENS OF HARRISONBURG.......Your voice has "FINALLY" been heard. Now, perhaps, the city Treasurer's office can return to some sense of normalcy. Kudos to Judge Lane.
Good job Judge Lane. I'm sure lots of Harrisonburg residents are pleased. The employees still working in the office must be releived also. Ms. Neal has shown her ugly side, and she has no one to blame but herself.
