Friday afternoon, the Rockingham County Circuit Court judge suspended Harrisonburg City Treasurer Rebecca Neal from office.

I have resumed faith in the Treasure's office after Neal's suspension. You can not borrow public funds and then repay the them. Maybe all residents would like to do the same and not go to the banks and pay interest. This action was long over due.
