If you're having trouble figuring out how to spend your economic stimulus tax refund, the state treasurer and tourism commission have some ideas.

Treasurer John Perdue is urging West Virginians to invest at least part of their refunds in a state-sanctioned SMART529 college savings plan.

The state Division of Tourism is encouraging taxpayers to spend the money enjoying all that West Virginia has to offer, including its state parks, racetracks, the Hatfield-McCoy Trail, the New River Gorge and Seneca Rocks.
