Kaine Details Transportation Plan
RICHMOND, Va.
Governor Timothy M. Kaine released details Monday of his transportation plan and called for a special session of the General Assembly to address transportation on June 23.

Tim Kaine is a JERK> Guess he's trying to be a bigger A--H--- than Mark Warner I can't afford to eat a decent meal now. Yeah Tim, take your kids to the National Parks, enjoy yourselves. Nobody else can afford it!!!!
