I found out today when i went to the poll to vote that you can not split your ticket in WV at a primary election this year.Im independant and you had to vote straight dem or republican.I wonder how many votes casted this way affected the presidential race.I mean I had no choice, vote for locals or vote for the president. The county I live in is a large republican county, but they were alot of Obama supporters disappointed today when they found out they coudnt split thier vote.Freedom or fixed? You decide!!!
