Two women have been arrested in connection with the shooting death of a Virginia Commonwealth University student from Mount Jackson.

The Richmond Times-Dispatch reports that Richmond police arrested 19-year-old Zsabriela Evelyn Williams and 19-year-old LaPrecious Nicole Austin, both of Richmond, for the March 27 murder of Tyler Binsted.

Williams is charged with conspiracy to commit murder and Austin is charged with conspiracy to commit robbery.

"The investigation established three suspects were involved," says Capt. John Venuti, head of the Richmond Police Department's major crimes unit. "All three are now in custody."

Later the day that Binsted was killed, Howard Reed Scott III was charged with murder and two counts each of robbery and the use of a firearm in a felony.
