A woman from Luray drowned Friday after police say she accidentally drove her car into the Shenandoah River.
Police say the car entered the water early Friday morning at the Massanutten boat landing, near Egypt Bend Road, about three miles from Luray.
Twenty-eight-year-old Amber Marie Young was found dead in the water by a dive team.
Her car was also pulled from the river.
Police say it does not appear to be a suicide.
