Hey Rileygirl, I'm glad to see you have some compassion for the George family. Also note, I'm not an employee. Anonymous, I think the reason everyone is referring to IBR as the "George family" is due to the manner in which the searches were conducted. It would have been one thing to search only the corporate offices. However, given the events that took place during the searches of the homes, the family has to have been affected. Thank goodness there weren't any children in those homes, especially when that gun went off. As an outsider, I find it odd that so many people are against a corporation that employs many people during somewhat uncertain economic times. It seems to met that Page Co. citizens would be grateful to have a successful business in their community.

To Rileygirl, funny how your tune changes when someone calls you on the carpet. Suddenly, the "Vegas High Rollers" are now "Wonderful People" You may be a "local employee", but you don't have a clue. Working there doesn't put you "in the loop" as far as IBR's business dealings. Also you might want to try a "gag order" until you know the facts, if you want to stay employed. I'm sure the George families are reading these also. I doubt you know as much as you think.

why does everyone keep saying the george family... IBR is a corp. run by three brothers. the george family has more members to it who have no connection to the company. If it were owned by outsiders no one would be interested. it`s small town mentality that if you make alot of money you are a cheat. Believe me I know they do pay taxes, more than most people in this county could deal with. plus they got where they are from hard work they have been in business since 1984 and farming from the early 90`s I`m not their biggest fan but it`s not fair to say they stole all that they have.they have worked long and hard to get where they are.If anyone out there thinks that they don`t ,go work for them for about 6 months

Hey notalocal, No one said how long they have been in business. I am fully aware of the fact the George's started their operation in the late 90's. Do your homework loyal employee. Their is quite a bit you need to learn. Also as a note added, I do believe the George's are wonderful people and are very giving. I'm sorry that all this is happening. Hopefully all will be figured out. Also Notalocal CALM DOWN;)

To Rileygirl...in response to your moronic question about two brothers owning half of Page County in a two year time span....BEEP -do your homework before asking such an ignorant question. IBR has been in business for MUCH longer than two years. So I guess the "high rollers in Vegas" concept doesn't apply here. The only part of your comments that made any sense was what the George's do for their employees....yes, that's right employees. They employ many people, LEGALLY. Welcome to the business world.

Lets use common sense. This is an investigation. Before we all jump to conclusions lets see where this leads. The Feds may have nothing and they may have something. But, none of us will know until charges are filled and trial is set. But, that may not happen. So, until any of the later take place IBR, the sheriff and everyone else implicated in this investigation are innocent until proven guilty. So, use common sense until this investigation is complete one way or the other. If it were you wouldn't you want the same benefit.

I wouldn't let the fbi or any law offical in my house if they couldn't show a warrent or somehting. and IBr should get a warrent for the fbi for shooting into their floor, the woman could have been hurt. Lets see some proof of anything on them or the Co. offical everyone keeps taling about. You know the old saying all politiantions are crocked so who cares. Leave them alone,or prove it

Question- How do two brothers that are retired firechiefs own half of Page County in a two year time span? LEGALLY -BEEP: Wrong Answer... Come on people let the FBI do their jobs. Those of you that are taking up for the guilty must have a personal goal. The George's must house you, employ you and probably give you a vehicle to drive. Let's be real about all this, people do not become high rollers in Vegas overnight on a firefighters retirement. Also, If you truly want to help the George's tell them to get better council and to follow a self proclaimed gag order!!!

I find it interesting that only months after Shag Connor in shenandoah county was raided (by the FBI and IRS), tried and convicted we see the same type of thing happening in Page county. I am glad to see the government working to make sure we all follow the rules not just the people who don't have the resources to hire expensive lawyers to fight for them. I am also glad to hear the FBI agent is OK!! Shame on those of you that call names and make fun. I am sure you have never had any kind of accident!!
