Despite the cold temperatures choir groups from all over the area filled downtown Waynesboro. It's all for Waynesboro's Downtown Festivities before the parade. The Valley Music Academy brought all the groups together. Baldwin Charm, the 10 female A-capella group from Mary Baldwin was one of the groups performing. "We wanted to sing out here because we have spent time learning Christmas music, we thought it would be a good event to sing at for people in the local area," says Student Director Gabrielle Bergeret. Bergeret says singing in the cold causes you to sing sharper, but these ladies didn't seem to be affected too much by it.
