Catalytic converter thefts continue to trouble the Valley. Three more thefts have been reported since Monday and all were in broad daylight.

The Sharp Shopper in Harrisonburg parking lot was hit Monday and one employee saw the thief fleeing from the lot with the car part in hand.

Wood Grill Buffet and Americast parking lots, both in Harrisonburg, were also targeted Monday.

With the rise in these types of thefts, experts suggest parking in a well-lit area and calling police if you see anything suspicious.
