a class should be required to have the guns. it is so easy to think you "know-it-all" but you usually don't. after that let them have them!

I don't see how banning guns would keep them out of the hands of the wrong people. These individuals would just buy the guns "underground illegally" like drugs. Do you think criminals would say "Oh guns are illegal now, so I can't get one." No, of course they wouldn't. Why not let people own guns so at least they can protect themselves when they get mugged or robbed.
