D.C. Council member Phil Mendelson plans to introduce legislation this week in response to the Supreme Court's decision to overturn the city's handgun ban.

While their at it, make sure the criminals breaking into homes also have their weapons unloaded, disassembled and with trigger locks on too. Let's make it fair. Ridiculous!

Unloaded, disassembled and trigger-locked? All you'll have time for in a situation of "immediate self-defense is to pick it up and throw it at the assailant, hoping you hit them in the head with it. What a joke. Be prepared for the death toll among innocents to rise, not decline, in D.C. if this ever passes.
