More than 160 companies can begin offering workers' compensation insurance in West Virginia on Tuesday.

Congrats to Jane Cline and her staff for completing a "tiger-by-the-tail" task. This can only help the companies and citizens of WV now and for many years into the future. Hats are off to Governor Manchin for keeping the faith in a free market system.
