A fight in a Waynesboro street ends with blood on the pavement.

Police were called to the 1700 block of New Hope Road around midnight Friday where they found a man had been stabbed.

Police say there are few details right now about what happened leading up to the stabbing.

They say someone stabbed a 23-year-old man in the road near an apartment complex.

So far, police have not made any arrests and the incident is under investigation.
