This guy was obviously a loser, but it sounds to me that the cop should be charged with manslaughter. The force used to stop him was excessive. If this guys has a family...I smell a lawsuit.
The police did their jobs. This alcoholic dirtball needed to be stopped before he killed an innocent person. I'd give the cop a medal, even if he ran him down on purpose, after Frankie-boy tried to run.

You know...give it up people. You will always get caught, and get more time in jail for running. And, PLEASE DO NOT BLAME THE POLICE OFFICERS FOR THIS (or any other death/chases) THEY DIDN'T RUN. I think a change in law is long overdue. "If you run, it should be an automatic 10 years added." NO if's, and's or but's!!!
I understand that the police wanted him to stop, but by intentionally braking in front of the motorcycle, they pretty much caused his death. There needs to be more information to this story because what is written now makes the cops guilty.
