The man who allegedly exposed himself to a young boy at a local Wal-Mart is now in police custody, but police still need some help from the public.

Police arrested 30-year-old Felix Alberto Martinez-Pacheco around 3 p.m. Monday, but they don't know where he has been staying.

Police say he is homeless and lives in a tent on a farm near the Dayton Wal-Mart where the incident supposedly occurred. They think there may be evidence of more crimes there.

Police say Martinez-Pacheco went into the men's bathroom at the Wal-Mart where he opened a stall door, exposed himself to an eight-year-old boy and touched the boy inappropriately Sunday night.

The boy's mother opened the door when she heard him scream and Martinez-Pacheco ran from the restroom.

If you have any information about location of Martinez-Pacheco's tent, call CrimeSolvers at 540-574-5050.
