A former Wal-Mart employee accused of molesting a young boy is now in custody.

Police say Felix Alberto Martinez-Pacheco turned himself in Monday afternoon.

Officials say he exposed himself to and touched an eight-year-old boy Saturday in the Dayton Wal-Mart restroom.

Martinez-Pacheco faces charges of indecent liberties with a child, indecent exposure, and assault and battery.

Police are still looking for information on where Martinez-Pacheco was staying.

Anyone with that information is asked to call Rockingham County Sheriff's Office at (540) 434-4436.
