The inmate who escaped from a jail in the northern Shenandoah Valley was in custody Tuesday morning.

Authorities found Mark Henry Craig in Jefferson County, West Virginia Monday night and arrested him without incident.

Police say he had a stolen motorcycle but was unarmed.

Craig escaped from the Northwest Regional Adult Detention Center in Winchester on Friday.

He is currently in the West Virginia Eastern Jail pending further charges and extradition back to Virginia.
