A resident in Mount Crawford made a startling discovery on Tuesday, after hearing shattered glass at the home. The resident reports that the glass patio door was shot out by a gun in the middle of the afternoon. Sheriff's deputies determined it was a bullet hole in the patio door. The home is located on the 200 block of Mill Street. There are no suspects at this time.

Harrisonburg Police say someone has stolen a box trailer from the First Assembly of God Church on Garbers Church Road. The trailer was filled with camping equipment, and it was stolen over the weekend. It is a white trailer, with the name of the church and "Outpost 232" written on the side. It belongs to the Royal Rangers group.

Augusta County Sheriff's Deputies report that $1,250 worth of baseball cards and other collectibles were reported stolen from the Heritage Mini Storage on Monday, located along Route 340 in Stuarts Draft.

Staunton Police say someone tried, unsuccessfully, to break in to the Community Bank on West Frederick Street on Tuesday. Police say some damage was done to the door, but nothing was stolen from the bank.

Also in Staunton, a wallet with $800 inside was reported stolen on Tuesday. It was taken from a home on Springhill Road.

Shenandoah County is also investigating a case of stolen cash. More than $200 was reported taken from a home on Stoneburner Road in Edinburg last Thursday.
