The suspect in a string of armed robberies in and around the Valley appeared in a Greene County courtroom Wednesday morning.
Brian Eugene Brubaker waived his right to a preliminary hearing and will be back in front of a grand jury next month.
Brubaker is charged with robbing three stores in Ruckersville, as well as six robberies in Rockingham and Augusta counties.
He is scheduled to appear in court in Rockingham County August 5.

What is the chance of this guy geeting a not guilty sentence? In my opinion, if the judge has any sense, they will pass down a sentence of guilty.
