An overturned tractor trailer shut down Interstate 81 North early Friday morning.

The truck was carrying diesel fuel and overturned near Weyers Cave around 2 a.m. Police closed the interstate at mile marker 220 and traffic was backed up for more than an hour.

Georgia driver James Morgan has been charged with making an unsafe lane change.

He was driving in a construction zone when he drove over an orange cone that ripped his fuel line open, causing fuel to leak.

No injuries have been reported.

The truck was not overturned. It sat on his wheels. I was working for the construction company. You should do a little more investigation to get the real story.
