New information on the investigation into the West Virginia mine where 12 workers were killed. The owner of the Sago mine says federal inspectors issued 115 citations for alleged problems found during an electrical spot inspection of the mine. The inspection was part of an investigation into the January 2nd explosion at the Upshur County coal mine. However, International Coal Group said that none of the alleged violations cited by the Mine Safety and Health Administration were related to the explosion. The company says it has corrected all but one alleged problem.
