Attorney's for the state prepare to charge a man already accused of six area robberies with yet another.

On August 18, prosecutors say Brian Brubaker will be indicted for robbing a Harrisonburg Cracker Barrel as well as a robbery he's already been charged for at the Tractor Supply store.

Brubaker waived his right to a preliminary hearing in a Harrisonburg court on that charge Tuesday.

Brubaker did the same thing in a Greene County court where he faces three charges. He's also charged with robbing two Augusta County stores.
