Big news, this afternoon, pertaining to the area's war against drugs. 21 alleged drug dealers have been indicted and arrested in the Valley.
United Sates attorney John Brownlee came to Harrisonburg today to announce the busts. Of the three cases, he says the biggest one involved 15 people selling methamphetamines in Rockingham and Augusta Counties.
The group allegedly provided meth to high school students and also engaged in sex acts with them. Brownlee says he hopes this sends a message to anyone else who wants to sell drugs in the Valley.
The other two cases involve a Washington DC rap group selling cocaine in Winchester and another Harrisonburg man indicted for drug trafficking.
