ABC Violations in the Valley
Harrisonburg, Va.
Several restaurants in the Valley are in the midst of handling violation notices from the Virginia Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control.

They have to stay open later to serve food to try and offset the ridiculous 55/45 % ration set by the ABC. I can't imagine BW3 meets the $2000/ month in full course meals, unless they are considering an order of Wings as a full course.
