The town of Front Royal is facing a discrimination case after a former planning director says she was wrongly fired.

Brevetta Jordan used to work with former city manager David Reynal who resigned in 2006.

Jordan is asking for $500,000, because she says she was fired because of being a middle-aged black woman.

Reynal's lawyers say she was fired because of unsatisfactory performance.
