Investigate
Mechanical failure is to blame for last year's fatal plane crash in new market.
That's according to a report from the National Transportation Safety Board.
In May of 2001 the plane clipped a house in the town before crashing into a field.
The pilot was killed. The NTSB also says air traffic controller's inadequate emergency handling played a part in the accident.
