The Timberville Town Council discussed whether to continue the process of putting fluoride in the town water supply Thursday night.

Seven people publicly spoke on the issue, with five in favor of continuing the practice and two opposing it.

With a council member absent, the council voted four to one to table the issue until their October 9 meeting to allow more public feedback and to have a full council present to make the final decision.

Two government documents absolutely refute the safety of fluorides. See online: Toxicological Profile for Fluorides, Hydrogen fluoride, and Fluorine (F)1993, US Dept. Health & Human Services/ATSDR pgs 112,125,128 And: "Health Effects of Ingested Fluoride", 1993, National Academy of Sciences' report for Congress, pages 5,11(The subcommittee found inconsistencies in the fluoride toxicity data base and gaps in knowledge.),16,30,34 (color pix dental fluorosis),41, 44-45 (cavities form in these weakened teeth), 128, and 129.

Nov 9 2006 The ADA and then CDC warned for infants to not have fluoride water for formula to reduce dental fluorosis. Doctors,Dentists and health departments mostly do not mention this to anyone. The NKF just said all 20 million with CKD should avoid fluoride water . Again no press release to anyone yet. Lawsuits have constructive notice to NKF and AWWA water plant operators. Think about the science not the lofty claims with ZERO proof of ingested value. Most countries know this is a fraud. Cavities decreased as much in countries and areas that do not fluoridate. Look at large studies not little faked studies. Income predicts in every state with rich much better teeth and they are the ones who drink fluoride free bottle water. iaomt.org has a excellent science based policy. nteu280.org 8 EPA scientist union papers. fluoridealert.org lots of videos by researchers and most papers and links to all studies.

Please look beyond what you might believe for whatever reasons. in 2005 11 EPA scientist unions petitioned congress for immediate moratorium on fluoride on cancer risk and little if any ingested value. They want full investigations into the fraud and altered documents and most risk studies ignored. They think it proper and safe for fluoride to be treated exactly the same as other cumulative toxins arsenic and lead which also built in the body stored for life with every ingestion or even skin or lung exposure. Fluoride is slightly less toxic then arsenic and more toxic then lead yet 4000ppb is still claimed safe for fluoride but ZERO for arsenic and lead. The max allowed for lead is 15ppb and arsenic is 10ppb but 4000ppbfor fluoride.700ppb to 1200ppb are typical as the CDC goal for every American to consume in their water supply. Americans are not told that 51% of the children have enamel damaged for life from fluoride toxicity and overdose as enamel forms. (Pizzo 2007) Read,Search
