The case of a Lacey Spring woman accused of first degree murder moved forward Monday.

Donna Jean Hockman is accused in the shooting death of Dustin Stanley. A grand jury in Rockingham Circuit Court handed up an indictment against her Monday.

In general district court last Thursday, the judge heard testimony from Stanley's family claiming Hockman was a jealous girlfriend.

A trial date has not yet been set.
