Three of the many theft charges against a Broadway man were certified to a grand jury Tuesday.

Travis Lam is accused of running one of the largest car theft rings in the history of the region. He was in court Tuesday morning.

In August, a grand jury handed up more than 90 indictments against Lam and Royce Miller.

The two men face charges for allegedly stealing cars and catalytic converters and vandalism.
