Luray Doctor Pleads Guilty To Wire Fraud, Tax Perjury
Francis Habo George, age 59, of Luray, Virginia, pleaded guilty today in the United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia in Harrisonburg to wire fraud and tax perjury charges.

I wonder what kind of deal this guy worked with the U.S. Attorney. He was convicted of a number of violations of state tax laws (e.g. withholding taxes from his employees and not turning it in to the state) and was sentenced to two years in jail. During the state trial it was mentioned he had done the same with federal withholding & social security taxes on his employees. He also had some difficulties in his "prescribing" which got him in trouble with the medical board.
