Brian Brubaker, the man charged with several armed robberies in the region, will have to wait a little longer to face a judge on his attempted robbery charge.

Brubaker was in Augusta County Circuit Court Tuesday for his alleged attempted robbery of Ladd convenience store in Stuarts Draft.

The hearing was continued to November 18 because a witness to the robbery was not subpoenaed to the court.
