Authorities in Prince William County say the grand jury has indicted a Woodbridge man in the death of an Alexandria woman during a car accident that followed her abduction from Springfield Mall.

Commonwealth's Attorney Paul Ebert says 19-year-old Keith Baskerville is charged in the indictment with "felony murder," which Ebert says is an unintentional killing occurring during a felony.

Baskerville was the only survivor of the crash September 13 that killed an accomplice and 60-year-old Barbara Bosworth. Baskerville is still hospitalized and was charged last week with carjacking and abducting Bosworth with the intention of extorting money.
