Rockingham Memorial Hospital is clean and green because of using cleaning products that have stamps of approval from Green Seal.

RMH is seeking certification by the U.S. Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design for the new facility being built. The green cleaning products is only one new step towards that goal.

RMH's Director of Environmental Services, Bernie Ferguson, says going greener and cleaner is an ongoing trend that will start good habits for when they open the new hospital.

The current building is also seeing new recycling stations in various locations.
