A Broadway man involved in a string of motor vehicle thefts will now face a grand jury.
At a preliminary hearing Tuesday, 24-year-old Royce Lee Miller was certified to a grand jury in Augusta County District Court.
Miller and 27-year-old Travis Lee Lam have been connected to an 11-month investigation involving the recovery of 16 stolen vehicles.
The total value of the lost property is more than $180,000.
The judge believes there is enough evidence to send Miller to a grand jury.
While Lam was supposed to be in court Tuesday, his preliminary hearing has been rescheduled for November 18.
