A Waynesboro police officer who shot at a suspect's car during a pursuit is back to work after a short leave of absence.

On October 6, police got into the chase with Ian Kasdan after they say Kasdan rammed his car into a police cruiser.

An internal investigation conducted by the police department found that Officer Paul Johnson violated department policy when he shot out one of the tires of Kasdan's car.

However, the department says Johnson's decision to not use deadly force in his attempts to stop Kasdan was commendable.

A committee in the House of Delegates has sent a bill to the House floor that would allow private, faith-based adoption agencies to discriminate against prospective parents based on their sexual orientation. Would you support this?

Yes, I think if it is a private organization it's okay.
No, there should be no discrimination.
It should depend on a case by case basis.
