It may be the most closely watched election in West Virginia, and as it comes to an end, both candidates are going all out to win.
The race in the state's sprawling 2nd Congressional District, which stretches from the Eastern Panhandle to Mason County, pits incumbent Republican U.S. Rep. Shelley Moore Capito against Democrat Anne Barth.
On Monday, Barth plans events in Poca, Charleston and Marmet, including a get-out-the-vote rally with Sen. Jay Rockefeller at the Marmet Recreation Center.
Capito, meanwhile, plans to be in Moorefield, Romney, Berkeley Springs, Martinsburg, Kearneysville and Charleston, all on Monday.
It's part of a tour that's taken her to 18 counties since Halloween.
