The woman who fatally shot Mount Jackson native Tyler Binsted will spend the rest of her life in prison.

Zsabriela Williams was sentenced to life in prison, plus 13 years, for the first degree murder of the 19-year-old VCU student.

Binsted and a female friend were in Byrd Park when they were approached by several suspects and robbed. Binsted was shot in the back.

Police say Williams was the one who pulled the trigger.

She and another person, Howard Scott III, were convicted of murder and five other charges earlier this fall.

Scott was supposed to be sentenced Monday also, but, his hearing was postponed for January 15.
