It will be another month before Brian Eugene Brubaker faces an Augusta County judge for an attempted robbery charge.

It will be another month before Brian Eugene Brubaker faces an Augusta County judge for an attempted robbery charge.

Along with a string of other alleged armed robberies in and around the Valley, Brubaker is accused of attempting to rob the Ladd Convenience Store in June.

In September, a judge rescheduled the hearing for Tuesday so the witness to the robbery could appear in court.

Now the hearing has been rescheduled again for December 16.
