Bond has set for a Texas man charged with involuntary manslaughter for last month's deadly crash on Interstate 81 near New Market.
Bond was set at $50,000 for 36-year-old Jose Alberto Sarmiento of Edinburg, Texas.
State police say Sarmiento rear-ended a car driven by Serena Ryman of Edinburg, Virginia during a sudden snow squall that made roads slick.
Ryman's 21-month-old daughter, four-year-old son and mother were all killed in the crash.
Sarmiento is being held at the Rockingham County Jail.
