A 41-year-old unsolved murder in Staunton is now an active investigation again.
Staunton Police Chief Jim Williams reports that the department has received "another development" that it is investigating.
In April 1967, Connie Hevener and Carolyn Perry, two workers at High's Ice Cream Store in Staunton, were shot to death.
In the past 41 years several agencies, including the FBI, have investigated the case.
Williams says the department plans to release more information about the investigation soon.

No one ever believed this was just a robbery. We feel there was more to it-possibly domestic.
