The case of a man accused of running the largest car theft ring in the Valley's history has been delayed yet again.

Travis Lam was supposed to appear in court Thursday on face charges of grand larceny, breaking and entering, and property damage.

The case has been set back to January 20.

Lam and Royce Miller were both arrested in August for allegedly stealing catalytic converters and vehicles.

The two face charges in Rockingham, Page, Augusta and Shenandoah counties.

WHSV Poll
A committee in the House of Delegates has sent a bill to the House floor that would allow private, faith-based adoption agencies to discriminate against prospective parents based on their sexual orientation. Would you support this?

Yes, I think if it is a private organization it's okay.
No, there should be no discrimination.
It should depend on a case by case basis.
